I am so grateful for Ty, he look at every possible area that could be causing the problem (something the previous plumbers did not do) and he the found problem and fixed it and it turned out to be a simple fix. Ty Back and his son arrived exactly when they said they would. We’re very considerate of our home. Fixed the problem in a timely manner, and explained exactly what the problem was and how they repaired it. Smart and friendly to talk with. Ty did a great job replacing my main water line. He had to dig under the cement slab and jackhammer through the cement in the middle of the house in order to replace the water line. It was alot of work but he was knowledgeable and professional and took care of the job on a timely manner. At a reasonable price. Highly recommend his company.
